Turk Star Mirror Silicone TS 930M
Turk Star Mirror Silicone TS 930M is a one-component and neutral product that has found a special place in the construction, sealing and sealing industry due to its excellent adhesion, long life and no corrosion on metals.
Properties:
• Sealing for mirror without corrosion to coated surface;
• Excellent elasticity
• Stability in a wide range temperature of - 50˚C 150˚C
• High compatibility to other neutral silicone sealants.
Applications:
1. Sealing for precast sealing such as coated glass and laminated glass curtain wall, skylights;
2. Sealing for hanging glass system, glass curtain wall, shop windows, aquarium;
3. Sealing for signs and boards, show cabinets;
4. Sealing for mirror without corrosion to coated surface;
Method of use:
1. Clean with solvents such as toluene or acetone to keep the substrate surface completely clean and dry;
2. Filing out the gaps and edges to ensure two side binding;
3. For better appearance cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application;
4. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
Shelf life and storage:
• 18 months if keep sealing
• Stored below 27˚C in cool, dry place after the date of production.
