Turk Star TS 970AU Automotive PU SEALANT

TURK STAR PU SEALANT TS 970AU

It is a professional neutral sealant which can be used to meet variety of sealing and caulking needs. It adheres to glass, wood, metal, porcelain, ceramic, painted surfaces, rubber etc. This sealant is made of the best materials and therefore does not peel or crack after working for a long time.
This product is used for gluing car glass in any dimension. After gluing the glass and final drying, you can move the car even with high speed, variable acceleration and consecutive braking. However, this is not possible if you use silicone. Another use of this adhesive is to seal the composite facade.
• Neutral and odorless
• No solvent
• Moisture resistant
• Resistant to UV rays and high temperature changes
• High drying speed
• Stability of elastic properties
• Excellent adhesion to porous and non-porous surfaces

Application:
• Suitable for installing car windows in any dimensions
• Suitable for installing column guards and stoppers
• Sealing and installing composite facade

Directions:
1.Clean and dry surface. Remove any soap, oil or grease.
2. Cut tip off cartridge and screw on nozzle, cut nozzle to desired bead thickness at 45˚C. Insert cartridge into standard caulking gun.
3. For a smooth seal, hold the gun at 45˚C.
4.If further sealing is required, complete within 5 minutes. Remove extra sealant immediately with dry paper towel
5. Normally sealant skins in 5 minutes, dries to touch in 1 hour and cures and bonds in 24 hours. Optimum adhesion achieved in 7 days.
6.After complete curing, remove extra sealant with a sharp blade.
7. RESALABLE: if entire sealant isn’t used, extrude 0.5 cm of sealant and let it dry on the nozzle. Before reusing pull out cured plug.

Shelf life and storage:
• 17 months after production
• Store in a cool dry place at a temperature of +5 to +35.
